Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your products.

1. Order Cancellation:
• Change your mind or place your order by mistake? No problem! You can easily cancel your order via WhatsApp. Just provide us with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will cancel the order on your behalf.
• Please Note: Cancellation is available only until the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
2. Damage During Transit:
• If your product is damaged during transit, it will be exchanged.

4. Express Shipping:
• We offer express overnight shipping across India for ₹400. Parcels will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Please note that Lostinaraby is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, volume, or traffic.

5. Estimated Shipping Time:
• The estimated shipment time refers to the number of days from the ship date specified at checkout, excluding weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays. We ship within 2 days, and the customer will receive the product within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Package Inspection:
• Inspect the package before accepting it from the delivery person. If you suspect tampering, refuse to accept it to avoid liability. We also recommend recording a video of yourself opening the package as evidence in case of any discrepancies or theft during logistics.
7. Delivery Attempts:
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can arrange up to two additional delivery attempts at a more convenient time.
8. Courier OTP Policy:
• We advise against providing OTPs to courier partners.
