Refund and Return Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Incorrect Size:

• If we are unable to provide the correct size of the product you ordered, we will issue a refund.

Defective Products:

• If you return a defective product and we do not have the same product available for exchange, we will issue a refund. Please note that defective products must be returned within 12 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund. You must provide a video or image showing the damage for the return to be processed.
